Shipping Policy

Acre & Tone products are made to order and fulfilled through our print partner. This means each item is produced after an order is placed rather than held in pre-made inventory.

Order Processing

Please allow time for your item to be produced before it ships. Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and fulfillment location.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and items in the order.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery timing may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.

Because each item is made to order, total delivery time includes both:

• production time
• shipping transit time

Multiple Items

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on fulfillment location and product availability.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Acre & Tone is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once the order has entered production or shipped.
